The machine is automatic or semi in-line (Linear) type is equipped with 6/8/10/12 specially designed non-drip stainless steel nozzles. Complete with or without a stainless steel; or stainless Steel table slight.
The container is selected through a photo-electric sensor and conveyed to the filling station. Once there are pre set containers under the filling nozzles, the nozzles will dive down into the container spout and start the filling process.
When the preset level is reached, a special valve will stop the flow of product into the container and immediately the filled bottle will be depressurized and complete the filling cycle.
